"This has 18 supplements in one. And it has all the holistic natural vitamins that I believe are good for your overall health. So far I have been taking them and do not notice any big changes. But at least I do not have any negative reactions. I will continue to add this to my daily regimen and hopefully notice an improvement in my health."

"Honestly, I'm not sure what the claims of his product are because it's a little vague apart from the Ashwagandha and ginger. Also, I think those with thyroid issues should be wary of using this product as iodine is in the product. The website states that this product supports longevity and overall health, but I'm not sure if the claims are all from peer reviewed sources. The health claims are vague and seems like there aren't a lot of sources to back them up, so I don't love that. I would ask a doctor."
