The capsules are easy to swallow, there's no strong taste, and I like only having to take two a day. "This has 18 supplements in one. And it has all the holistic natural vitamins that I believe are good for your overall health. So far I have been taking them and do not notice any big changes. "I received these products in exchange for my honest review. These sea moss capsules are very easy to swallow. The recommended dose is two per day. They are medium size and do not have an aftertaste or upset my stomach. In the few weeks I have taken them the benefits I have noticed is my nails grew and were stronger, and less of a upset stomach."

"Honestly, I'm not sure what the claims of his product are because it's a little vague apart from the Ashwagandha and ginger. Also, I think those with thyroid issues should be wary of using this product as iodine is in the product. The website states that this product supports longevity and overall health, but I'm not sure if the claims are all from peer reviewed sources. The health claims are vague and seems like there aren't a lot of sources to back them up, so I don't love that. I would ask a doctor."
