I take three per day in the morning with breakfast. I like the capsules. No aftertaste or problems with this product . It seems to take care of inflammation I may be having . I tried taking turmeric in a glass of water, this is definitely more palatable with the capsules . Best thing, it does the job.

"My Dr. Said before traveling i should take probiotics. I bought this product for that reason and have just stayed on it. I felt more efficiency with my digestion and since I travel all the time I feel it helps my gut with the intake of different foods and waters that I partake in. I really dont get the upset stomach and GI issues some do with going overseas. I like that im already taking probiotics when I need to take antibiotics which happens sometimes as I easily get STREP throat. Great product!"
