"I have suffered from constipation my whole life. After reading what probiotics do for your gut I decided to give it a try. What could it hurt? I was taking a daily laxative that I found out was affecting the health of my colon. So I started taking one of these each evening. I was amazed! When I wake up every morning I am finally able to have a complete bowel movement, and I feel so much better. Ive even shared this with a friend who has also started taking these for the same reason. "This is my second bottle. Honestly I have no idea if it is helping but at 80 I probably could use it. So why else did I start taking this.
