"I wanted the product to work for me. It didnt. The second dose kept me awake all night. I was wired and tired at the same time. My heart was racing. I only took the morning dose for the rest of the week since the later one caused me negative side effects. Only taking the fruit once daily in the morning was unsuccessful. I gained a pound in the first week. I drink lots of water with the product and Im a huge fan of it. It may or may not be successful for you if you try this weight loss supplement. It was a waste of money. For the past seven years, I have not used any pharmaceutical prescriptions or drugs. I eat a very clean, plantbased diet. I dont think there was any interaction between this extract and other supplements. I take a plantbased supplement for inflammation and stress. It wasnt the outcome I had hoped for. This product wasnt a good fit for me. Onward and upward!"
