"So far I’m really liking these beef organ capsules. You only have to take two a day. I feel less tired than usual and just over all feeling better. I have not noticed anything with my hair yet but I’ve only taken them for 30 days. These things take more time. They do smell like a fishing tackle box but I don’t really notice a taste when taking them."

They do have a smell, but it isn’t overpowering and you don’t taste it. After a few weeks of taking these, I definitely think I will continue. I have noticed more energy. I also suffer from heavy periods and these made it much more manageable. I’m excited to continue on and seeded if I notice any hair, skin or nail strength as I have read a lot of reviews mentioning that!
