"These 12 tables are really easy to take . They dissolve quickly and have a soft texture that makes them easy to melt in your mount . The whole experience is simple and convenient , especially when following the instructions. I like that I don’t have to swallow a large pill, and the tablet doesn’t leave un unpleasant feeling in my mouth . Overall , a convenient option for taking B12"
"Ok, although I e not had bariatric surgery, I’ve had a few issues with getting enough “B”. Just had a check up and glad to announce that jjust adding this to my diet has made a huge difference when I’m Up, I’m up no more needing a nap in the late evening.. I also need to state Thai hate “cherry flavored” anything and because I chew them lol yes I know they will dissolve in your mouth, I actually dont mind the flavor."
"I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor is fresh and fruity. It breaks down well and I don't even have to sip water after. I enjoy taking this because it's that tasty, seriously! The taste doesn't linger or make your breath smell funky. I do feel more energetic on days that I take it. The bottle is alot smaller than I expected it to be, too, so it's very easy to toss in my purse or overnight bag."
"Amazing! I didn’t realize these were dissolving tablets when i initially ordered, and i was a little scared to take it once i found out, i usually take swallow pills. Gummy vitamins usually upset my stomach too! these are small, with a very pleasant flavor, and the tablet dissolves pretty quickly! about the size of a smarties candy and starts to break down as soon as it touches your saliva! i have been taking this for about a month now, and i love them! i can take them on an empty stomach and have no negative reactions! they taste almost like a sweet tart too!i love the fact that this one container will last 3 months without having to worry about buying every month! i love options when you can buy for many months at a time."

"This is a great supplement. I had Bariatric surgery about ten years ago. B12 is a main vitamin needed to prevent brain damage. Firstly I must say that I love the taste. Secondly it dissolves in your mouth within twenty seconds. Thirdly it gives me a lot of energy. It also contains biotin, b6, b12 and folate. Which are added benefits. You only need one a day. The bottle has ninety in it. So you are good for ninety days with this bottle. It was packaged well. Seal untouched. The instructions were clear and love the added benefits in this bottle. It does taste a little more sweeter than others. Could be due to the stevia leaf extract. Also not sure of the organic insulin. So always read bottles. But so far so good for me. Love the taste and how much energy it gave me."
