"These dissolve quickly and are really easy to take, which I appreciate since regular iron pills can be hard on my stomach. I also like that they combine vitamin C with the iron, so I don’t have to take a separate vitamin C supplement. The berry flavor is decent and much better than swallowing a large tablet. Overall, a convenient option if you need an iron supplement that’s easier to take than traditional pills."

"I recently tried these vitamins. They dissolve in your mouth, so be sure you follow the directions and don’t swallow them. Initially when I put them in my mouth i thought they tasted pretty good, but as they dissolved I didn’t like the taste at all. I could definitely taste an iron taste as they dissolved, and it left the taste in my mouth long after. They also take quite a while to dissolve (well over a minute for me). I took the supplement for several weeks to give them a fair chance, and I do think they work as far as doing what they say. I felt some improvement in my energy level. Overall i would recommend them, but the taste could be improved."
"Taste wasn’t bad at first, but they take forever to dissolve so the flavor got worse as it sat. Overall it does what it says it does but with how long they took to dissolve I would rather just get it down in a pill. It took like 3 minutes."
