How often will I be billed?
Each BioSchwartz product has different supplies (30-day, 48-day, 60-day, etc). Depending on your subscribed product, you will be billed based on the supply amount. You will receive an email 3 days before your card is charged. If you choose to cancel or skip a shipment, you can do so by logging into your account on the BioSchwartz website.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account on the BioSchwartz website, or by clicking 'manage subscription' in your initial Subscribe & Save email. From there, select 'subscriptions' and then 'cancel.'
Can I subscribe to multiple products?
Yes! Choose subscribe & save on each product page to sign up for a subscription. You can later choose to add or remove products from your subscription as well.
How do I add products to my subscription?
To add products to an existing subscription, simply choose subscribe & save on the product page and checkout. You can also log in to your account, click 'subscriptions,' and then select add product.
Can I pause or skip a shipment?
Yes! Log in to your account on the BioSchwartz website, select 'delivery schedule,' and then 'skip' for any product you would like to skip.
How can I change my payment method?
Log in to your account on the BioSchwartz website, choose 'billing information,' and then 'update card.'
